There are two steps between a sale and your bank.
1. Sale to your Stripe account
Right after the sale is recorded, SplitPartner sends your share to your Stripe account as a transfer. It shows as Paid next to your name in the product’s Sales box.
If your payouts weren’t set up yet, or Stripe couldn’t receive it, your share waits. Once you’re set up, it can be sent with Retry failed payouts.
Affiliate commissions are different: they wait 30 days first. See Become an affiliate.
2. Stripe account to your bank
Stripe pays out your balance to your bank on your Stripe payout schedule. Stripe sets it, and you can see it in your Stripe dashboard (Open my Stripe payout account on your SplitPartner dashboard).
- Stripe often holds a brand-new account’s first payout for a week or two while it settles in.
- After that, timing depends on your country and Stripe’s schedule for your account. In the US, it’s commonly a couple of business days.
Checking a payment
- The product’s Sales box shows your share and its status.
- Your Stripe dashboard shows the transfer arriving, your balance, and every payout to your bank.
Stripe’s dashboard is the source of truth for when money hits your bank. SplitPartner’s records show when it was sent to Stripe.
