A launch is a short burst of attention. Plan it so you’re not inventing it on the day.
Launch day
- Press Go live, then buy it yourself (or have a partner buy it) to check the whole path: checkout, thank-you page, receipt email, download.
- Email the early list from the Prelaunch page tab.
- Email your own list: what it is, who it’s for, the link, any launch offer and when it ends.
- Tell your affiliates it’s open. Share the sales page and remind them of the tools page.
- Post where your buyers are, once, with the link.
- Watch the Sales box. Each sale shows with every partner’s share.
Days 2 and 3
- Answer every question you got, publicly where it helps others (a post, a sales page FAQ).
- Share something real: what buyers are saying (with permission), a peek inside, a short walkthrough video.
- Fix anything confusing on the sales page now.
Days 4 and 5
- A second email to people who opened but didn’t buy, if your email tool can do that: answer the main objection you’ve heard.
- Check in with affiliates. Thank the ones who promoted. Share what’s working.
Days 6 and 7
- If you have a launch price with an end date, remind people once before it ends. Then end it, as promised.
- Write down what happened: sales per day, which emails or affiliates worked, the questions people asked. You’ll use it for the next launch.
Support, all week
Answer buyers within a day if you can (the terms require 3 business days at most). Most refund requests come from confusion that a quick, kind reply fixes.
Honest
Some launches are quiet. That’s information, not failure. See No sales yet? Check these first.
Still stuck? Email a person at hello@splitpartner.com. Say which product and what you saw; a screenshot helps.
