With no leader, every change needs every signed partner. That’s safe, and slow. A leader can make everyday changes alone.
What a leader can do alone
- Change the name and description
- Change the price
- Change how buyers get it (files and links)
- Change the thank-you page
- Change the sales page and, with a free Sales Page Hero page, edit it
- Change the prelaunch page, the affiliate recruit page and the affiliate tools
Everyone is emailed each time the leader makes a change.
What always needs everyone

- Affiliate commissions and special rates
Electing one
The Leader box appears once at least two partners have signed. Choose a signed partner and click Propose as leader. Every signed partner approves, like any change.
Ending it
Any partner can click End the leader role at any time, with no vote. Changes go back to needing everyone.
Tip
A leader works best when it’s the person already doing the sales page and customer emails. Agree on limits in writing too, like “no price changes during launch week”.
