Partnerships hit bumps. Here’s what SplitPartner does when they do.
What SplitPartner does
- Keeps paying out under the last signed agreement. Nobody can change the split or the partner list without everyone signed agreeing.
- Shows everyone the same numbers. Sales, fees and every payout are on the product page.
- Keeps a history of every proposed change and its outcome.
What it doesn’t do
It doesn’t decide who’s right, freeze money for one side, or rewrite agreements. It’s software, not a mediator.
Getting unstuck
- Name the actual problem. “You haven’t answered customers in two weeks” is fixable. “You’re not pulling your weight” isn’t.
- Propose something specific in SplitPartner: a new split, a leader, a pause. A concrete proposal turns an argument into a decision.
- Pause sales if something about the product is wrong while you sort it out.
- Get outside help for anything serious: a mediator, or a lawyer.
Tip
Most disagreements come from work nobody assigned. Go back to the job list in Agreeing on a fair split and fill in the gaps together.
