Buyers get their purchase on the thank-you page right after paying, and in their emailed receipt. You set it up in Make changes → How buyers get it.
Two ways to deliver
- A file, up to 50 MB: a PDF, a zip of templates, an audio file, a software download. SplitPartner stores it privately and gives each buyer a fresh download link each time they open their receipt, so links don’t get passed around forever.
- A link to something hosted elsewhere: a Google Drive folder, a Dropbox link, a Notion page, a course on another platform.
You can use both. For example, the PDF as a file and a link to a private community.
Making a link work for buyers
The most common delivery problem is a link only you can open.
- Google Drive: Share → General access → “Anyone with the link” → Viewer. Then open the link in a private window to check.
- Dropbox: Share → Create link, and set it so anyone with the link can view.
- Notion: Share → Publish (or “Share to web”), and turn off editing.
Open your delivery link in a private browser window before you go live. If it asks you to sign in or request access, buyers will see that too.
Bigger than 50 MB?
Zip it smaller, split it into parts, or host it (Google Drive, Dropbox) and use a link.
Changing delivery later
A new file or link is a change your signed partners approve (or the leader makes). Buyers who already bought get the current delivery when they open their receipt link.
