The thank-you page

What buyers see right after paying, and how to make the first minute count.

3 min read

The thank-you page is the first thing a buyer sees after paying. The download and delivery link always show first, locked in place, so nothing you add can break delivery.

What to put on it

Edit it in Make changes → Thank-you page: a heading, a welcome message, and blocks you can order:

A thank-you page that works

  1. Say thanks, briefly. One line.
  2. Tell them the first step. “Start with page 3, the checklist.” People who use what they bought are happier and refund less.
  3. Deliver every bonus you promised. If the sales page said there’s a bonus, it goes here.
  4. One next action, at most. A community, your newsletter, or how to reach you. Not five.

With a free Sales Page Hero page

The thank-you page lives on your sales page, with the same design. The editor changes it there (Edit the thank-you page). See Your free Sales Page Hero page.

Tip

Buyers can always get back to their download: the emailed receipt has a link that makes a fresh download each time it’s opened.
