Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to run SplitPartner, we never sell your information, and the most sensitive details (cards and bank accounts) go to Stripe, not to us.
What we collect

We do not collect or store card numbers, bank account numbers or Social Security numbers. Stripe collects those directly when you pay or set up payouts.
Who we share it with
- Affiliates and partners: when you apply to promote a product, its partners see your email, name, note and code. Partners see the visits and sales through each affiliate's link and the commissions; affiliates see their own visits, sales and commissions, never buyers' names or emails.
- Your partners: partners on a product can see each other's email, role, split, signature status, and the product's sales, including buyer emails.
- The product's sales page: if the sellers connect their product to a Sales Page Hero sales page (all partners must approve), each sale's buyer name, email, amount and affiliate code is sent to it, so the page can count real sales, ask buyers for a review and email them a dated copy of what the page promised. Sales Page Hero is run by Wizbang Sites under its own privacy policy.
- Service providers that run SplitPartner for us: Stripe (payments and payouts), Supabase (database, login and file storage), Cloudflare (hosting and security) and Resend (email). They may only use your information to provide their service.
- The law: when required by law, or to prevent fraud or protect people's safety.
We never sell or rent your personal information, and we don't use advertising trackers.
Cookies and storage
We use your browser's storage to keep you logged in and, on a checkout page, to remember for 30 days which affiliate's link brought you there. No ad cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep account and sales records while your account is open and as long as needed for taxes, accounting and disputes, usually up to 7 years. You can ask us to delete your account. Some sales records must be kept for legal and tax reasons.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- Stop sale-alert emails at any time. Receipts and security emails still go out.
- Manage your payout details directly in your Stripe account.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the services above, and our database only accepts requests from the SplitPartner server.
